| What do I enjoy most about wrestling: | meeting new people staying in hotels and beating people. She loves the challenges that she faces every time she steps on the mat. Kara enjoys wrestling both boys and girls, she has said that they have very different styles of wrestling! |

| Freestyle Achievements: | 2017-2018 Women's Freestyle National Champ. 2018-2019 3rd place 2020-2021 She had no one in her weight class and wrestled up 13 lbs and took 3rd in the 90 lb weight class. |
| Greco-Roman Achievements: | competes in greco in boys brackets and is learning it. She has placed in the top 3 in Southeastern regionals for boys constantly. |
| Folkstyle Achievements: | had a great beginning as one of the youngest girl wrestlers in GA. 2017-2018 season placed 5th in Girls Folkstyle nationals in OK. Placed 2nd Folkstyle Nationals 2018-2019 Placed 2nd Folkstyle Nationals in 2020-2021 |
